VVAIL is eclectic black metal from Dallas, Texas.

Vandaemon writes the songs and lyrics, plays guitar, bass and keyboards, sings, and produces, mixes and masters the records himself. He made the first two albums alone, drums included. Tariq Zulficar, a drummer from Denmark who also plays in Pensées Nocturnes, Numenor and VOID, joined for Gratulationes Diabolis!

Black metal sits at the core, with death metal, thrash and dungeon synth worked in, and nods to avant-garde short film and animation buried just beneath the surface.
